RESIDENTIAL RATES AND CHARGES
Minimum Charges:
The minimum charge for any residential work is simply $65.00
(Per Visit). If you call us out to do any work, you will be charged at least the minimum
rate. The best thing to do is make a list of what needs to be done.
If you call us out, and you are not there (missed appointment for service),
you will be billed a trip fee of $35.00 for the service call, no exceptions.
Standard Hourly Rates:
One Man - $65.00 1st hour, $50.00 per hour after (discounted),
Mon through Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.
Two Men - $95.00 1st hour, $80.00 per hour after (discounted), Mon through
Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.
One Man - $80.00 per hour, Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm (This is a premium
rate).
Two Men - $110.00 per hour, Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm (This is a premium
rate).
** Call In Emergency/After Hours - $35 trip fee and $75 per man hour, No Exceptions.

COMMERCIAL RATES AND CHARGES
Minimum Charges:

commercial work is simply $100.00 (Per Visit). If you call us out to do any work, you will be charged at least the minimum
rate. The best thing to do is make a list of what needs to be done.
If you call us out, and you are not there (missed appointment for service),
you will be billed a trip fee of $35.00 for the service call, no exceptions.
Standard Commercial Rates:
One Man - $100.00 1st hour, $85.00 per hour after (discounted),
Mon through Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.
Two Men - $150.00 1st hour, $135.00 per hour after (discounted), Mon through
Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.
** Call In Emergency/After Hours - $35 trip fee and $110 per man hour, No Exceptions

One Man - $135.00 per hour, Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm (This is a premium
rate).
Two Men - $165.00 per hour, Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm (This is a premium
rate).
Some jobs are quoted by the specific task or job and are NOT based on
an hourly rate (this is rare). Your job quote will always be explained
to you
before the job is started. Most jobs estimated above $500.00
(labor and materials) will
be quoted with a
20% overhead charge to allow for variations in job materials and/or
labor or when estimating varies too much to give a solid rate.
Payment Options:
Payment is due in full at the time we complete the handyman
services for that day, unless otherwise stated by us. You may pay
by cash, check (within Spartanburg County Only), money order or credit card. If you are paying by credit
card , we must be informed prior to the jobs completion so that we can send
you an invoice via email. We do not extend credit
to residential clients, and there is no billing. Established clients may be given up to 10 days
to pay current invoices if there is a problem with them being home and having
to mail the payment. There are no full pre-payment nor monthly
contracts either verbally or written establishing full payment for services
either rendered and reoccurring. This is a pay as we do business.
Commercial client payment options vary from client to client and must be
discussed and agreed upon verbally and in writing.
We only
accept personal checks from clients living in Spartanburg County.
In all other counties of South Carolina you must pay by cash, certified/cashiers bank
check or credit card.
All jobs over $500.00 (labor or materials) will require a down payment (50% of the job)
up front to help cover extra or large materials that may not be able to
be returned or labor costs exceeding $500.00. Jobs that require a
50% down payment may be invoiced per job area rather that one lump sum after
all is completed. This is dependant upon the specific work being done.
It's really simple, you will be required to pay all invoices upon receipt
unless otherwise stated and agreed upon.
Notice: There is a $45.00 service charge (fee) on any and all returned
checks, for any reason, no exceptions. |
